We understand that buying online can be difficult, particularly with furniture where you can not always picture properly what it will look like when you buy. For that reason we try to be as fair as we can be with our returns process, so we don't put any limits on what can be returned for a cash refund - whether it's a sale item, a discount code was used or just a full priced item, if you're not 100% happy you can return for a full cash refund, exchange or credit, it's entirely your choice. The only thing we ask is that the item is returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible and that it is in the original packaging.
We are also unable to offer cash refunds on gift cards, but obviously you are able to return any items purchased with a gift card and the credit will be reapplied.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds should be received within one week of returning an item to us. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
